Enjoy nice facilities at modest prices here. There's a fitness center, swimming pool, sports facilities and more. It's also close to famous attractions such as Central Park.

Wheel and hand pottery classes here for a reasonable price plus tons of open studio time to practice on your own.

Quite snotty and arent really new Membership friendly. As new the city looking for a squash location, they gave me One guestpass... Like i am supposed to play squash alone?

Reasonable price for NY, very basic room, great location, friendly staff. Haven't used the other facilities.

This place shouldn't be called the YMCA, all they care about Is money & saving money. What happened to the community feel of the YMCA? If u charge a lot, u should stay open longer! Peace out WS Y!!

If you get a room on the 9th floor, go to the 10th floor to shower. Much nicer!!

Def., need to where shower slippers or sandles while showering. People are in and out constantly, just about zero privacy, just be aware of it..

There are single private bathrooms by the cardio rooms. Usually cleaner than the ones in the locker room.

Be careful swimming. The lifeguards are reactive and not pro-active so if you are headed for a collision, they will offer you an icepack AFTER and won't try to stop it before!

During the week, get there at 5am or after 10sm for a swim - Between 6am and 9am, it's a bit crowded.

One of the best lap pools in the city - Lap swimming from 5am to 3:45pm. No excuse not to get your laps in!

Expensive. Keep increasing prices & services diminishing.. For ex, holiday weekends they cut out as many classes as possible to save money . Schedule sucks! Closes at 745?? Is this NYC?Look elsewhere.
