Jacquesson is awesome champagne. These guys taught the Krug brothers how to make champagne before they started their own famous house.
There is no better sausage roll on earth than the lamb and Harissa from the Bourke St Bakery. I travelled to the UK Burrough markets to be told this by the Ginger pig butchers. Damn straight.
Old school cool. (Full size) Malted milks, flips, floats, root beer. An arsenal of burgers, southern fried chicken, onion rings. These guys haven't missed a trick. Get it in your face.
Well made Campos coffee. Really friendly staff. Tasty snacks. Comfy couches. This is a little local cafe worth seeking out.
Colin Fassnidge is a champion in the kitchen. Wash down his grub with a bottle of A Retief Cabernets, also smashing booze.
The value here is getting less and less. Prices all creeping up to $8.50 slice slices all getting smaller... Used to love coming here. Now I'm not so sure.
