    Sit at the bar to you can watch the pasta being made. Beautiful! Try the Poached egg with fonduta and local black truffles and the Tajarin with butter and sage- a fine cut egg pasta. top 10 for sure!

    Delightful Italian ristorante in Capital Hill. Loved the sardine antipasto and tajarin con burro e salvia pasta. Also features a nice Piedmont focused win list. Great date place.

    #FabuLIST #DubiDO get their fresh homemade pasta. Loved the Tajarin Al Burro E Salvia. Reminded me of a Ceci e Pepe. Service is great. Romantic rustic atmosphere.

    The baby artichokes were scrumptious and the butter and sage pasta is simple, but so flavorful and fresh. Expect light to medium bodied red wines which are typical of the Piedmont region.

    Really good Italian restaurant, we have tried prosciutto, pasta and stake, everything was so delicious. Highly recommend to try this place.

    Our favorite was the fine cut egg pasta with butter and sage -- delicious. The Swiss chard rolls & butter poached duck breast were also notable, as was the lemon curd dessert. Great wine selection.

    Excellent wine pairing with food and they're the only restaurant that I've been to so far that uses quality extra virgin olive oil.

    EVERYTHING is great. We branched out and beyond our favorites we loved the Cippolini onions stuffed with sausage. So mild and so amazing.

    One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The tasting menu is a serious commitment, you're probably better off a la carting.

    The Cavatelli with ragu is ridiculously tasty. A slightly heartier pasta that is packed with flavor. Just order it.

    Roasted cauliflower and anchovy ravioli was amazing. Don't let the anchovy intimidate you. It's an understatement at most.

    Loving the antipasta plates and desserts. You can also take baking classes, they're pricey but worth it, and fill up fast.

    Make sure Your reserved table is ready BEFORE you give up your chair next door. Apparently people like to loiter at the tables. Not much room to wait 30 minutes very comfortably
