    Specials happening everyday. I think the best ones are Tuesday and Saturday. Ribs, brisket, mac and cheese, corn bread, potato salad and pecan pie, to share, for three. Heavenly!

    Brisket sandwich is crazy spicy (for me). Cornbread with honey is excellent. Expect to wait or cozy up to the bar.

    Every time we're even NEAR Portland, we eat at Podnah's. Make sure you order a Derailer.

    Both brisket and ribs are amazing. I do recommend potato salad as well. Every Saturday from 2pm to 4pm they have a band playing. Great place and food :)

    Agree with most, the pit Boss is best choice, however our Mac & cheese was on the salty side not good at all. Otherwise the rest was good.

    Disappointed. 10 hour cook on the brisket: maybe not, no bark, texture was tight, not fall apart, flavour meh. Kinda dull. But the serving staff try hard and they have some good beer.

    The only thing here I liked was the brisket, it was good. But everything else was mediocre at best and too salty. So much for best BBQ in Portland.

    Pretty dang good. Ribs are even better than the brisket, but I recommend you skip the hatch chile mac & cheese.

    I guess I'm not that into vinegar based BBQ sauce bcuz I think the BBQ sandwich I ordered was one of the worst I've EVER tasted. Same goes for the potato salad and cornbread. The chicken was okay tho.

    If it's you're first time, you should go with the Pit Boss. It's a well-portioned sample of their best meats. One of the only places I ask about their specials. Come hungry.

    Here you can eat ALL THE ANIMALS. I recommend the Pit Boss, Plato Tejano, any of the sandwiches, or the Cobb salad. Oh and the frito pie.

    There is not a bad choice everything is outstanding.. Dessert is a must even if you get it "to go"...house made banana pudding or the pecan pie is f'ing amazing!
