Everything is good here. This is an amazing treasure on the west side. A beautiful and historic treasure that should be cherished by all.

This is an unexpected oasis so close to the highway and public transit. It is worth a visit for a stroll, especially because it's free and there's free parking in their lot.

This is a great Chicago Winter destination. You can take a beautiful stroll through the gardens and give your lungs a much needed spa treatment of warm fragrant moist air.

A hidden gem in the city and it's free (free parking too!). Giant green house with a lot of plants and a huge back yard with a pond.

All rooms are officially open! Come check it out. Pardon our dust though - work still continues as we work to rebuild the facility. To see how you can help, go to www.garfieldconservatory.org.

Always free, this facility is an amazing oasis in the city, especially on cold winter days. Their seasonal displays are amazing and the fern room is a child's dream. The kids garden is underwhelming.

Entrance is free but a donation is asked at times. Either way, it's a great place to go -- indoors and out-- to take in some beautiful and exotic plant life. I love this place in the winter!

Free entry, donation suggested. One of my favorite places in the city. The back garden and pond are the highlight. Urban oasis.
