It's that good. Got in line ~730am and ate around 1230. Only turkey had run out at that point. Brisket is the star.

Pork ribs were sold out by 2pm!! Brisket and pulled pork was worth the wait!

Everything is absolutely amazing. Worth the wait. Try and be there around 8 o’clock on a weekday or order online for the best experience. Pecan pie is crazy good. BBQ sauces are all great.

Crazy popular with really long lines for a reason. Post up with chairs, mimosas and cards and enjoy the morning wait.

It's all good, but brisket all day long! Get there early and pitch a chair. Try to go when there's not an event in town (SXSW) to knock an hour or two off the wait. Consistently magnificent.

The spare ribs!!! But save some for me. Oh... and the brisket. Skip the beans.

Don't believe the hype. Food tastes good, as it should, but nothing extraordinary. If you see a long line, keep it moving. Pretty sure you'll find other satisfying and cheaper options in town.

Get there early! Sells out before noon many days. Many have voted this one of the best places in Texas or the South.

Brisket, beef ribs and pulled pork were highlights. Best beef ribs I have ever had. Overall best BBQ I have had the chance to enjoy. Well worth the wait. They also had some mini pies that were good.

You can preorder a month in advance but minimum of 5lbs in your order. I highly recommend this option if you can plan this far in advance. I only waited 10 minutes from when they finished prepping.

Try to get in line close to 8 am. This place is very famous for BBQ. The brisket was perfect. Great atmosphere even in line.

Believe the hype. The brisket and ribs are incredible. Transported home and reheated the brisket is still better than anything available in London.

Get a bit of everything. The brisket and turkey are life changing. Grab an Austin Beerworks Blood Orange IPA while you wait and a Lone Star to wash it all down. Be happy. You've arrived.

I've been blessed with many things in this life: A cock like a burmese python, and the mind of a fucking scientist. But never have I ever tasted such wickedly delightful BBQ. Show up early for heaven

Best BBQ in the country. Worth the wait. Bring chairs if you get there after 9 am. Try all the meat. Think 0.5 lbs is perfect per person without sides. Could be 0.75 if literally starving.

Get here early or else they do sell out (we lined up at 9 and ate at 1 on a Tuesday). Brisket and Pork ribs are winners and the banana bourbon pie is also a dark horse so get it!!

Sadly, I didn't enjoy this legendary BBQ like I thought I would. Even after waiting 5 hours in the rain for it. It's merely ok. Brokenhearted? Yes. Try Rudy's instead.
