Show up early? There will be a line. Go in the afternoon? There will be a line. Maybe because there are 5 windows and only 2 are ever in operation. #theworst

Never more than two people working at a time. Honestly, your time is better spent getting on the train any basically going to ANY other office if possible. No matter what you're trying to do, 30 mins.

THE DIRT ASS QUALITY OF SERVICE BARELY PROVIDED BY THIS POST OFFICE GOT ME CALLING THE PONY EXPRESS AS A FASTER ALTERNATIVE

NOTHING IS GOOD HERE...my advice to you is to avoid it at all costs if you can. The workers are usually rude, there is always a line and it's usually only 2 people working at a time.

Always a long line and a hassle. They need a window just for pickups. It also doesn't help that I can't even read the note they left on my door.

This branch needs to be shut down completely... All the people there need to be fired and have a record on their employment history to prevent these thieves from working anywhere else.

There are no words strong enough to tell you how HORRIBLE this post office is. Despite promises 3 years ago from postmistress no improvements have been made. no one answers the phone or redelivers!

One time, they lost my ID in the back room while looking for my package, then swore I never showed one in the first place. They took an hour to find it. Every other time has been a nightmare.

It has to be the worst post office because our mailman only comes after 6pm or after 7pm. And then he claims to bring packages by leaving you a notice in the mail saying he tried big ass lie.

What's good here? Nothing. Not a damn thing. If you miss a package delivery don't bother requesting re-delivery. They simply won't do it. Then you'll have to go to the 7th circle of hell to pick it up

A Postal worker by the name of Ms. Andrews had the worst attitude imaginable. This location had the nerve to tell me that I can't bring more than ten packages at a time. They are LAZY!!!!!!!

Not only that,.. they never attempted to deliver but they put in the system that they did and magically no notice is left either.. hmmm. They are playing with people hard earned money.

I should've read all the other tips before coming here.

This place deserves to be shut down when 10 minutes after opening, there is a line of 15 people and only 1 window available to service them all.

Lines are always long, and there is usually only two tellers working. Be prepared to wait.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Severely understaffed and the people who do work here are constantly misplacing or mislabeling my packages!!!

This is the WORST post office in all of New York!!!! Would not give them two cents of my money!!! Think it is totally unfair you can not change where your packages are left at...

I sent 2 packages from MI to be delivered through this post office customer never received either tracking said out for delivery but not delivered the Carriers are stealing mail!! Service horrible!!!

It's a post office, nothings good here. It's always a long line & never enough workers.

Why is it that post offices in certain areas offer lackluster service? USPS, get your act together. It is 2013 not 1972.
