    Freundlicher Empfang, wenn man von Verspätungen genervt ist - incl. Frühstück im 1. Klasse - Bereich. Sehr schön.

    Na klar, der Kaffee kommt aus dem Vollautomaten und das Croissant wurde nicht von Hand gerollt - aber viel besser, als auf dem Bahnsteig zu warten.

    Seit Ende Jan‘24 wegen Renovierung für etwa ein Jahr geschlossen. Während des Umbaus befindet sich eine provisorische Lounge im Coworking-Space „Design Offices Köln Dominium“ in der Tunisstraße 19.

    Pleasant lounge and friendly staff. You're more likely to get a seat here than in the equivalent in Berlin. Free wifi and ok coffee.

    In der zweiten Klasse gibt es mehr Steckdosen als in der ersten Klasse und auch ein paar Arbeitsplätze.

    Probiert in der ersten Klasse die weiße heisse Schokolade - gibt es nur in den Lounges mit 1. Klasse.

    Die Lounge liegt über dem Reisezentrum, dementsprechend ist es im vorderen Bereich häufig laut.

    Freies WLAN funktioniert im Bereich der 1. Klasse nicht ordentlich und wird vom kostenpflichtigen Hotspot der Telekom überlagert - in der 2. neben der Toilette gehts.

    In der Nähe des Starbucks – also an der vom Eingang abgewandten Seite der Lounge – der gibts W-Lan umsonst. Das freie T-Online Netz streikt ja regelmäßig...

    The woman at the desk is very rude and unhelpful. DB could do much better. Not impressed.
