Andre Mohr: Quite similar to Monkey Republic next door, but for some reason much more popular these days. Same winning formula of cheap drinks, long happy hours and good music.
Andre Mohr: Priceless location, comfy cushions right by the beach. Nice set up, less fancy and cheaper than other options in this area. Happy hour from 4-7pm
Andre Mohr: Friendly lounge, cheap drinks and a good, inexpensive local restaurant attached where the food comes fresh out of the wok. Best to go with Khmer food, though
Andre Mohr: Their Italian cappuccino is actually not better than at some of the other coffee shops in town, but it's OK for 2$. Sandwiches are very nice, if pricy.
Andre Mohr: New, and slightly upmarket for Otres Village, with a wine fridge and real napkins. Food is pretty good with mains around 5$. Fresh seafood. Canned juice for 2$ is a bit much though
Andre Mohr: Spacious café with plenty of comfy seating, very close to the beach. Ac here works even during power cuts. Prices are reasonable for coffees and shakes, and their 1,80$ cappuccino is pretty good
Andre Mohr: Modern, Western-syle coffee shop with an impressive, expensive espresso machine. Nicely decorated, there's a big couch. Nice cappuccino, well prepared with fresh milk is 7k.
Andre Mohr: Pizzas are alright, but not the reason to come here (unless it's happy you're after). It's the fantastic value of their sumptuous shakes (happy available) and tasty Khmer food, plus the prime location
Andre Mohr: Khmer food here is cheap and very good. Very cheap drinks, too. Perfect location. Give the wine a miss though, its served at room temperature.
Andre Mohr: Former Malay, moved to new bigger premises away from the river. Good coffees and nice food, both Khmer and German. Big portions. Best cakes
Andre Mohr: Local outdoor eatery with a good, varied (English) menu of Khmer classics such as raw beef salad and fish amok. Most dishes around 5$, so it's not cheap, but reasonable for the central location
Andre Mohr: Unfortunate name, but the noodle soups in this neat, tidy place are fantastic. At 2$ a bowl, they're not the cheapest in town, but possibly the best

Andre Mohr: Attractive and popular drinking place. Beers are actually quite inexpensive for the prime location, food is a bit pricy, but decent enough to go with the beers
Andre Mohr: Small upmarket food court, perfect location. Perfect for trying many different kinds of Vietnamese food. Fantastic variety, good prices, generally good food. Highly recommended
