Cute little state park, with a couple of interesting trails ( specially Bash Bish waterfalls trail), a lake, and a playing field for children. Toilets are reasonably clean, and showers are available.
Fantastic breakfast. Love their frittata. They also have a ton of great desserts.
Amazing Pizza. They have some of the rarest pizza topping choices I’ve seen ( i.e: pecan, walnut, eggplant, sunflower seed, etc). They also offer gluten free pizza.
360 degree panoramic view of the surroundings. Moderate hike. A bit of scrambling in the end. Parking is usually not an issue ( as opposed to Franconia loop)
This overthrew Hafez as the best persian kebab place in town for me. And the prices are MUCH more attractive too!
One of the cutest trails in Waltham. There are a ton of little things built alongside the trail. A miniature train station, a gnome town, tiny watermills. It’s marvelous
Among the more daring art institutions in Boston. Still conservative compared to NYC and specially LA.
Some of the best shawarmas in Boston. Their Egyptians fires is to die for. Prices are reasonable.
Remote, and beautiful beach. Good for snorkeling if the currents and wind permit. depending on the tide, the currents can pull you towards the open sea so be careful. You’ll need a boat to get there.
This place was the only ATM I found in Las Galeras. Saved my neck as I was out of cash. Exchange rate isn’t bad, and your debit card most likely works.
Finally a place where the masseues ACTUALLY listen to what you ask of them. Very clean also. On the pricy side though; so if you get more than 1 massage per month, I suggest getting their membership.
