Ceejay's ultimate guide to NYC best restaurants. Great value, great meal and great service as well. I've been to a lot of these places too many times, so its prolly best to make them a list.

"it is a Michelin 3 star restaurant but this is way over rated. I will give it a 1 star prolly bec i expected everything to be great in a 7 course meal but the foie gras & the scallops tasted awful."
