A magnificent building and architecture. The guided tours inside are a must do. Worth the experience.

Contact your senator or congressperson to get information on tours or visit the CVC for a red coat tour. Also make sure to check out the Senate and House galleries as well to see congress in action.

Things You Should DoNovembre 23, 2011Ask your congressman to invite you on the "Inside the Dome" tour. Only 20 people on tour, you climb inside the dome itself and then take photos from the cupola. Fantastic views!

Janice LeahOttobre 21, 2010Cool thing to do inside: under the main rotunda (dome) have 2 ppl stand on opposite sides of floor, have 1 speak softly & see if the other can hear what was said. Learned this in grade school trip :)
