Sunday brunch is amazingly delicious. Definitely pricy, but worth the splurge for the food quality.

Sign up for the loyalty program to get room upgrades and free wifi. Hadn't had any wifi issues as others have mentioned.
When you check in, tell the front desk you don't want newspaper delivery, and you'll save yourself a buck or two per day.- Had a quick tour of the Royal Suite... wow!

Ask for the secret art deco rooms. Only refurbished stylish rooms in the place.
Rooms on the second floor are decorated in a boutique hotel fashion - really cool
