Not cheapest compared to others in C'Town but ingredients & tastes are fresh, clean & pretty authentic..making this Vietnamese the best pho, Cha gio, Grilled Pork Chops, & banh mi place in NYC!

Juliana AmorimSettembre 22, 2014Absolutely amazing! And cheap! You can have a HUGE noodle soup for 8 bucks (which you can share, quite frankly). Try the beef pho or brisket pho. And the cucumber lemonade! What an experience!
Spicy Special or Saigon Shack pho. Perfect sliced beef topping. Spring rolls and Vietnam sandwiches are also fabulous but I bet you can't finish them and the pho all at once ;)

Jin TSettembre 22, 2018Actually I do not think the pho here is authentic at all. The noodles are just not right, the texture is way too firm compared to the phos I had in Vietnam. Typical pho noodles are wider and softer.
My go-to for hearty comfort food. You can’t go wrong with the vegan pho or the fried fish banh mi.

Affordable, tasty Vietnamese. Friendly staff! The grilled pork on rice vermicelli noodles and the beef phô are personal faves. GENEROUS servings, so come hungry & be prepared to take leftovers home!
Best pho in NYC. The lemongrass chicken is also delicious. Long lines but they move quickly, and take out is really fast. I love this place!

Wow, huge portions for low prices. Get the Saigon Shack pho and summer rolls with shrimp! You could probably split one portion with a second person.

Best Pho I ever had in NY. They use different type of rice noodle and its great. Classic Banh Mi is cheap and tasty, great for lunch.
My go to spot to pick up something and chill at Washington square park. Vermicelli is bomb, but you can't go wrong with other options!
I'm Vietnamese and I thought the banh mi, pork chop bun, and pho were pretty solid. Get a cafe sua da to go. Fast service. Good for lunch.
