R BSettembre 17, 2015The service is something to be highlighted; absolutely outstanding and I felt it was quite natural and nice. Do accept the front desk person to walk you to the room and ask about the hotel history.
One of the best hotels in London, if not the best .. Luxurious, Elegant, Friendly & Helpful Staff, The most comfy beds & pillows EVER .. PLEASANT & MEMORABLE STAY !! Above & beyond expectations ..
