"Direct access to the Lake City Mall. The room was nice, though there isn’t much to see even with a river view room. Staff very disorganized in terms of housekeeping, concierge and breakfast services."

"The non-veg bbq was good. There’s a buffet with various dishes and desserts (don’t miss the kulfi). A flag on the table indicates if service is still needed - use it to avoid eating too much."

"Get room 3222 for a view towards the Taj Mahal. If it gets cold in the room in the winter and the AC heating is not working, just ask for a heater. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff."
