We’re well aware this is going to rile up some locals, but here goes: This place has the best po’boys in all of NOLA. Grab a stool, order a large shrimp and an Abita, and you’ll see things our way. Leggi tutto
The po boys are must here. The surf & turf is great, but if you like your fried shrimpcrispy, make sure to get the shrimp only po boy. Gumbo here is bangin' as well.
Best Po Boys in town. Away out from the city but worth the trip. The bar inside is a cool spot to grab a beer and a Po Boy. If you sit at the bar, you’d also skip long line. Highly recommended!
The surf and turf is a novelty - the beef detracts from what otherwise would be a great shrimp po boy. Smoked alligator sausage was delicious, and the first bite into that bread is an enlightenment.
Some of the best poboys in New Orleans. Recently renovated to fit the crowds and has a full bar as well. Surf & Turf (Roast Beef & Shrimp) is popular and they offer Thanksgiving poboys in November.
The Surf & Turf Poboy is great, but I prefer the shrimp-only version — it stays nice and crispy. If they've got fried pickles, get 'em along with a long neck of Barqs. Read more on WinstonWander.com!!
Po'boy sandwiches have called Parkway home since 1911. Juicy roast beef 'dressed' (lettuce, tomato, mayo & pickles) is tops, but if you're here in November their Thanksgiving edition is unforgettable.
My favorite shrimp po'boy in New Orleans. Order it with a side of gravy if you want to try the Surf n' Turf without committing. Pickle chips are great too.
Skip the line, pitch up at the bar, grab a beer & anything on the menu. Go for the shrimp po’boy, beef is ok, but shrimp knocks it out the park!Out of this world. Sink it with a 30-90 lager. Boom!
Parkway Surf and Turf - Slow Cooked Roast Beef topped with Golden Shrimp covered with In House Made Gravy. Side of Homemade Alligator Sausage and Roasted TurkeyGumbo. #Pärtāke™
OMG!! I absolutely love this place.. the best... rum cake... alligator sausage was delicious.. I visit them every time I’m in New Orleans ( my hometown).
When I think about what I miss most in NOLA, this is the place that comes to mind. Sit at the bar, order a Surf & Turf, relax, and get ready to enjoy a great po'boy. It'll be worth the wait.
In the Bayou St. John neighborhood, this place rocks for watching college football and the Saints, while eating an extraordinary fried oyster-and-shrimp po-boy. Low-key enough to take kids, too. Leggi tutto
One can avoid Parkway's line (Barack Obama ate there, so now everyone does) by calling ahead to place their order at the bar. The surf and turf po-boy is a must-try. Leggi tutto
Had my first NOLA po boy here and I'll never be able to enjoy any other. I got the surf and turf and it was incredible! Oh baby, that gravy puts po boys on another level!
Со слов местного жителя, по-бой тут один из самых вкусных, которые он пробовал. Брала по-бой с креветками и их там было действительно много! Ну очень вкусно и сытно) советую)
Serves po'boys subjected to chef-ly attention in a cleaned-up facsimile of the original, with a dark-wood bar attached to a bare-bones dining room outfitted with long, plastic-top communal tables. Leggi tutto
Try one of the seafood or meatballpo boys. If you get there during prime eating times, be prepared to stand in line for a little while. It's worth the wait.
The shrimp po boy with creole mustard is the bomb.com! Must try!! If your looking for something a little lighter try the po boy caprese. Cookies are just 75 cents!
The surf and turfdressed is the way to go here but you can find better just shrimp po'boys and just roast beef po'boys elsewhere in town. Order the bread pudding and have them warm it up. It's great.
Chef Justin's Thanksgiving Poor Boy is now available every Wednesday & Thursday through the end of the year! Turkey, Cranberry, Gravy & Stuffing on that delicious bread.
Go there with a group and get a bunch fo Po'boys cause they are all good. Sweet potato fries are nothing special(frozen/not home made).. the bread pudding is a little dry but the sauce is AMAZING
