I really really really can't stand Monday night's combat instructor. I get only half a workout cause she screws it up every single time. Ugh. Wish they still had Debbie around!!!!!!!
Ruth's Mon night yoga and Johanna's Sat morn class are excellent and way better than your typical "gym yoga" class. I basically belong just to take their classes each week.

The staff is friendly, the trainers are great and there's so much space!!!
Stil under construction, but clean facilities and great group classes.
This gym used to be a good gym before they announced. Name change and expansion plans. General management has steadily declined.
Saturday morning combat is great and always full!
Penny is best bodypump instructor, th nights and sun mornings
If you need a trainer, Eric Blevins is the man.
Peters Monday night class is the best BodyStep class
