The Ohio is dead; Long Live the Ohio! While we mourn the passing of the Wooster St. space, advantages to the new space include climate control and a noticeable lack of ghosts (and rats).

Kind of shabby, as it's in the basement, but no seat is a bad seat. And I love the intimacy!
