One of the most revered & premier Thai restaurants in Bangkok, you can expect delicate flavors exquisitely prepared dishes here. Green CurryWagyu Beef, Steamed Trout, & Grilled Pork Cheek standout.
Set menu was good for the 2 of us, 2500baht per person. Canapés were delicous, sent out first. Then everything else came out together. Salad, soup, relish, curry, main dish. All fantastic! Wagu curry yum
Make sure you book because this restaurant rocks culinary socks off. Order the set menu and tell them your chilli hotness comfort level - then sit back and enjoy your foodgasms. Leave room for dessert
Part 2 of an absolutely amazing dinner last night. So so wonderful. The best fine diningThai restaurant in the world and one of the best restaurants in the world full stop.
Best Thai-food I've ever had. I had the tasting menu but without meat, only fish. Insanely good. The coconut and tumeric curry of blueswimmer crab was to die for. The scallop sallad was also amazing
Awesome place and awesome foods! Everything here so good! I love here but I cannot often to come here because expensive so I will come here again with my family.
Come very hungry and be absolutely spoiled in every single way. Prompt & affable service, unparalleled cooking by the legendary David Thompson and decent drinks. Get the tasting menu!
Nice environment, excellent service, unconventional Thai food, my personal favourite from the set menu is, scallop salad with coconut and lemongrass, the scallops feels like it melts in your mouth!
Easy to understand why this is Asia's #1 ranked restaurant. Standouts include the swimmer crab curry, the steamed coral trout and the stir fried pak warn with chili.
Nahm under Chef Pim is a great showcase of real Thai food. The combination of all dishes representing all must have taste in Thai food set dishes, salty, sweetness, spicy, oily, and bitterness.
The tasting menu is great, very generous amount! Rich flavors and I felt like eating like a Thai! I'm glad I tried it, not sure about worlds 50 best, but definitely best Thai I had!
Very creative cuisine mixing Thai, Chinese and Indian elements of taste. No MSG! Reservation needed. Staffwell informed about what they're serving. High-priced, but worth it.
Friendly service. Food is good, but was overwhelmed by the large number of dishes delivered at the same time. Better pacing of the dishes would make it more enjoyable IMHO 👌🏻
Excellent absolutely excellent. Try the grilled banana leave packets; also the fiddlehead ferns. Outstanding. The Massamanlamb as well as the yellow curryblue crab are a must.
The food is delicious, the set menu is the best option and it gives you a very clear idea of Thai food. Each ingredient is there for a reason, we loved it! A great place to go for a special event :)
Pedi o menu: uma delícia! Farto, delicioso, peça sem pimenta 🌶 para brasileiro é bem apimentado! Ambiente agradável, fique do lado de fora. Preço acessível e boa carta de bebidas. Recomendo!
Impressive for nice food decoration! And quite exciting to see farang chef doing a great job on Thai food...with a premium ingredient...but as a local thai...I won't come back for this price :)
Part 1 of an absolutely amazing dinner last night. So so wonderful. The best fine diningThai restaurant in the world and one of the best restaurants in the world full stop.
Elective lunch set is 1600 baht. Each dish is Less flavorful and a little bit thick taste, This restaurant is over-rated. Dress code is smart casual, so don't wear short pants, sandal, or tank top.
Head chefDavid Thompson, whose London-based Thai restaurant of the same name received a Michelin star, opened this branch in the Metropolitan Hotel in 2010. Leggi tutto
Every dish is a surprise. I enjoyed the food presentation and the very first taste of them. The flavor of everything is too strong after eating for a while. It's a good experience but no repeat.
Can't go wrong with the Coconut & Chicken Soup with Deep Fried Garlic, Green Mango, & Chili + an order of their signature dish, Coconut & Turmeric Curry of Blue Swimmer Crab with CalamansiLime
Got the set menu with water and coffee for 2020 baht. It was good food, but I expected better for the price. Standouts were the clear duck soup and the chickenjungle curry. Both very good.
Deceivingly spicy hot food. If you have dining companions who don't enjoy that heat in the mouth, better don't order the set meals which requires the whole table to standardise on fixed dishes
David Thompson and head chef Prin Polsuk, Little-known, big-flavour sharing plates drawn from centuries-old Thai cookbooks, Guinea fowl curry with shampoo ginger and holy basil.
Great food but overpriced and a little overrated. Went here because of the „asias 50 best restaurants“ rating and had expected a little more. Still great though.
I wolud score overall 7/10.Place 9/10; service 9/10;food 6/10.Most dishes were too salty and some oily in soup. 2Bfair,however, most meats were well cooked, some perfect, & desserts were great. 7/10
