Go with the Omakase (comes with a small salad and miso soup). Depending on your hunger, you’ll likely want to add a roll and an appetizer.

Great venue. Note, seat assignments are handed-out several hours before showtime, so go early and then head down the street for dinner.
Extensive tapas menu. Everything we had was delicious. Literally a 3-person operation, so wait time during your meal can add-up, but also has the benefit of nicely pacing the meal.
