    "What a horrible experience. Not the service, the service was good. The food is awful. I think it's more a brand think than a franchise issue. Well probably never eat at a primi again"

    "Food was good, atmosphere very nice, service very poor. Total of 4 waiters, randomly confirming the orders, then bringing the incorrect plate. Gosh. mostly, cape town restaurant service is shocking"
