Join_MarcAgosto 29, 2013I love the pool and hot tub ! Adults (21 + ) have a separate one ! Relaxing ! (But if you are 16 and quiet its fine ;) - dont jump or scream, just relax) - had a great mediterran time !

Anthony O.Ottobre 3, 2013Don't care for the parking lot surrounding the entire resort, doesn't make for a great view, They should build a parking structure somewhere off to the side and landscape up to the resort buildings.
The staff is so helpful, the toiletries are boutique brand “Fresh”, a complimentary bottle of wine awaits you in your room, the spa and facilities are beautiful and well maintained.

Spa is amazing... in underground caves! Massage therapists were all very good.

MikeSettembre 14, 2016Nice location and great views but hotel service is awful. We expected a lot better for a hotel that charges $600 or more a night- Try the VeeV TreeTini - made with acai liquour - so refreshing. Every drink sold plants a new tree in the rainforest.

Way overrated. Tacky furniture, poor construction, bathroom door configuration terrible, sinks leak and don't drain. Will not stay here again.
