The recently introduced tasting menu, called 'the MÁKsor' (line of MÁK) features 6 courses, including a surprise item. It should definitely be included on your Budapest-bucket list. Only for dinner.

Definitely our highlight from the Budapest gastronomy experiences. Super-friendly waiter and very interesting tastes among the entire degustation menu. It would deserve a Michelin star for sure.

Fantastic, inventive Hungarian food, with amazing local wine pairing. Service was friendly and attentive, decor was bright, casual and modern. They should get a Michelin star.

There's plenty of great restaurants in Budapest and MAK has everything to be in that list. Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Descent to get a Michelin star.

This is fantastic restaurant! Great service and great food for a very reasonable price! My premonitions about Hungarian wine was put to shame-a perfect winemenu with primary Hungarian wines was served

What a fantastic restaurant. I won't be surprised if MÁK will get a Michelin star in the next round. Food, wine and staff are fantastic. When I'm back in Budapest, I'll come again for sure!

Really cool place, where amazing meets in environment, service, kindness and good portion of fine food. We had a business lunch where you can get 2-3 courses for 2200-2900HUF.

A really good choice for everyone who wants to experience art and creativity in the kitchen! Waiters are also cool w a good sense of humour. had the world's best macaron and a great bday here! :) :)

Unbelievable culinary experience. This place is incredible. Take the three course menu. Democratic prices. If you only have one restaurant night/lunch out in Budapest, this is it.

Amazing food and service. If you were to visit just one restaurant in Budapest, this should be it. Well worth the money. I loved their pre-starters and pre-desserts!

Отличное место с оригинальной кухней, определенно оправдывает рекомендацию Michelin. Попробовали мясо и рыбу, все было очень вкусно, сервис на высоте. Из десертов рекомендую фисташковый мусс:)

Very good, but not amazing. The chef prepared 3 rounds of complimentary small plates that really made the experience fantastic. If they do that regularly, I would probably go back

Asparagus soup with caviar in the bottom! As you eat and smush the caviar with your spoon it transforms from a light asparagus flavor to something complex & umami-ish. Loved everything here.

Incredible taster menu, could also have wine with each course for a little extra. A bit expensive but worth the money. Best place for a romantic dinner in Budapest.

Great food but small portions and expensive. I have tried sausage,goat and lamb cheek and all tasted great. A small restaurant with a sufficient atmosphere. There are great variety of wines.

Don't miss if you have the chance the pumpkin soup and the octopus. Amazing! Is is the best place I have been in Budapest. Modern and delicious. Highly recommend it.

All the food I've tried so far was excellent. The 2 or 3 course menu deal is usually great. The variety of choices could be improved though: having no vegetarian option at all was a disappointment.

Two or three course menu is a great value (and comes with a glass of wine). Try the incredible homemade coffee-walnut bread.
