One of the worst service experiences I've had. Was in a party of 6, all ordered roughly the same time. 4 meals came out together, 5th mean 10 mins later and 6th meal another 17 mins later!!
Begin with the venerable discount theatre ticket booth, TKTS, in Leicester Square (tkts.co.uk): try to arrive well before opening time (9am) to get the best choice of shows for the evening.
