Justin Ordoveza: This place has it all. Sandwiches, donuts, ice cream, smoothies, tobacco products , lotto and they're also a public notary. Food is affordable and it's good.
Justin Ordoveza: Many teens running around especially in the summer time. In 2022 they made it mandatory for Friday and Saturday that kids must have a chaperone over the age of 21.
Justin Ordoveza: The donuts are outright highway robbery. $3 for a small donut, smaller than a Krispy Kreme. It would make sense if the quality was right, but it was flat. The rose pistachio donut had neither flavor.

Justin Ordoveza: The smoke milk ice cream was interesting kinda peanut buttery. The selection of paletas and ice cream is astounding. Great place for a quick dessert.
Justin Ordoveza: Great deal, for a thali it's all you can eat. The staff is friendly and constantly fills your plate. Make sure to save room for dessert. The parking garage is difficult to park in.

Justin Ordoveza: Great place for brunch. The waffles are crispy and are served with melted butter and real maple syrup. There is always a wait so be prepared to wait. Outside there is a nice view of the airport.
Justin Ordoveza: The jasmine milk tea milky bun is exactly what I like, delicious floral tea ice cream and a warm glazed donut with mochi added for good measure.

Justin Ordoveza: The beef adobada cemita is delicious especially when you drizzle the red chipotle sauce. The sandwich is a structural mess but it's still a glorious thing. There is no air conditioning.
Justin Ordoveza: Clean space, offers some Filipino but most of their selection are Thai products. If you want to make your own Thai iced tea they sell the ingredients here.
Justin Ordoveza: They have new things every year. This place is great if you love Vietnamese food. Everything from grilled meats, soups, salads and lots of desserts. Bring cash about $20 a person.
