You don't often get authenticSpanish Tapas, but this place gets it just right. Get the pollo, chorizo, cauliflower. Avoid gambas al ajillo, sour and not enough garlic. Follow me on IG @simplysavor
Amazing!! I had lunch yesterday and the DC Restaurant Week menu was fantastic. Tapas and the best fries with blue cheese I ever had. TJ Neville told me about this place and he is right: amazing!
This is the only 100% authentic Spanish place I've been to in DC. Their conejo en salmorejo tastes like the one my grandma makes at Christmas! The patatas bravas and the pulpo were great as well
Tasting menu is pretty solid to get a mix of traditional and creative / modern dishes. About 6 tapa portion dishes, 4 full portion dishes, and dessert. Very authentic Spanish flavors.
Complement a glass of sangria with Ibéricoham, patatas bravas, croquetas served in a shoe and, of course, a variety of paellas served in pans that feed six people or more. Leggi tutto
Chef Rodolfo has an extraordinary breadth in tapas. I've visited their É in Vegas too, which he set up as well. Jose's way is amazing, be sure to have a light lunch before. Many many courses.
I tasted the jaleo experience and I love it. Too much food so, eat wisely. it includes many dishes, my favorites were a salad, potatoes with eggs, asparagus, salmon with eggs and the shrimps!
Gorgeous atmosphere and excellent service! Try the sangria and be sure to order a few tapas each so that you may share and try a variety of dishes. The paella is fabulous!
Tasting traditional tapas menu (50usd) is a great option. Different tapas to try (all of them tasted really good) out and a fantastic service. You cant go wrong - one of the best tapas restaurants
Wonderful service, great sangria and genuinely Spanish tapas. Try olive oilice cream - very unusual and tasty! Be sure to order couple of tapas each and share together for a great meal with friends.
Everything was amazing!!!! I had the Idiazabal cheese which was excellent and melted in my mouth. The Jamon iberico fermin was definitely an experience. Tuna tartare was small but really tasty.
Great tapas and delicious Sangria! Get the tortilla de patatas (dope omelet), patatas bravas (delicious potatoes), and the buñuelos de bacalao (codfritters).
If you want a unique and high quality experience with a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend Jaleo. This is one of the best tapas restaurants in the metro area. Can't wait to go back!!
The most interesting combination of tastes, ingredients and drinks I've ever had. The grapefruit w/ olive oilice cream dessert is a true testament to this, and I highly recommend it.
Remarkably slooooow service yet good service when you can pin them down. Fantastic food & THE BEST mojito I've ever had - full of mint & lime. Mmmmm...
Tapas we’ve been loving for years include goat-cheese-stuffed red peppers, crusty bread rubbed with tomatoes & layered with thinly sliced Manchego, a textbook gazpacho, & warm dates wrapped in bacon.
Spanish-born star chefJosé Andrés jump-started his career in his new home city with tapas restaurant Jaleo. Sample a classic paella or a tortilla with sobrasada, onions, and Mahón cheese.
Muy buen ambiente y la cocina está abierta hasta tarde. Buenos precios en los platos pero no llegan a lograr la verdadera comida mediterránea/española. No lo repetiría

The Arroz de pato 'Jean-Louis Palladin' and the Dátiles con tocino 'como hace todo el mundo' as far as drinks, the Cavasangria is a winner. A different taste with Cava and sparkling white wine.
Ensalada De Coles De Bruselas Con Albaricoques, Manzanas Y Jamón Serrano (warm brussels sprouts salad with apricots, apple and serrano ham) was very good
Be sure to stop by on Wednesday nights when flamenco dancers transport you to Spain over plates of tiny tapas. Try the eggplantflan or eel with shallots for an exoticsnack, and don't forget sangria.
Try the rossejat, a kind of paella made with fideos (an angel hairnoodle); pan con tomate, the famous tomato bread of Catalunya; cumin-scented chickpeas with spinach; croquetas!; calamares a la roman
