This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever been at. You are nickle and dimed' to death for poor quality, terrible service and outrageous prices.

Very poor customer service. More like a 3 star NOT 5! Your room is ready sir... But you cannot check in your 45 minutes early! WTF!

The breakfast restaurant is very small so if you have diamond status head up to the newly minted executive lounge for a quiet breakfast
