Smokehouse & Cooler Restaurant won the The Virginian-Pilot's Taste Test focused on meatloat. The judges said the dish was "texturally perfect," "generous portioned" and "worth every penny."
On the meatloaf one judge said: “Good flavor and good-quality meat. … Pretty good texture. The crust was great – very brown and crispy.”
Of the meatloaf one judge said: “At $13.99, you really can’t beat this meal … unless you come here on Tuesday night when it’s only $10. What a deal! I will certainly come back.”
