The child care is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and it didn't take my little guy (10 months old) long to start enjoying it!

Get there early for evening classes because they are usually very crowded...awesome staff and great classes!

Try a Groove Class or Zumba class with Cynthia... She is AWESOME! just make sure you get there early because her classes are usually PACKED!

I tried a couple of the personal training sessions..@ 3x/week..too expensive for my taste..try julianna ay bulletbody.com for $20 sessions
