Carlos GFebbraio 28, 2017Not bad if the weather is nice since it is an outdoor mall unlike SCP. If you must shop at NM, then this is the place. Great to get some exercise and fresh air with the ocean breeze and ocean view.

High end stores in an outdoor mall, a few stores located in in the indoor section mainly restaurants ... Wonderful structure... good varieties of restaurants and coffee shops .. you'll enjoy it ..
Probably the most solid mall in Orange County. South Coast plaza comes close, but there's just something special about outdoor Fashion Island and the bougie Newport people watching
One of the best outdoor shopping malls! Great stores, restaurants, and ambience... The Nordstrom Courtyard has live music from 1-4pm on weekends.

Very nice mall. Stop and visit the Koi fish pond.

Best outdoor mall in the coast!- Annual Newport Beach Restaurant Week in January. 60 restaurants offer two-course prix-fixe lunch menus for $10-20 and three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for $20-40.
