Kazy • Ottobre 27, 2019タンタン麺 960円。麺は柳麺(細麺)、揚州麺(中太麺)、刀切麺(極太麺)の3種から選択。揚州麺はコシのある縮れ麺。具材は豚挽き肉、ザーサイ、ほうれん草。穴開きレンゲも付いてくるので、最後まで残さず食べれる。スープには特注のゴマペーストを使用。辛味は直接的ではなく、じわじわと効いてくる感じ。お冷が水でなく、ジャスミン茶なのも嬉しい。
