Worst experience at an airport ever! They trains were down for maintenance at 6:40 am instead of working to get people to their flights! Worst managed maintenance- thanks for making me miss my flight!

Worst airport on the east coast. Don't fly here if you don't have to. Fly into BWI or DCA. Dulles is not even close to Washington, DC
