We had a GREAT view. The staff is amazing, if we ever needed anything they were right on it. Very clean. However, Gingers the restaurant, was a disappointment.

Very nice, friendly staff, and awesome location. Rooms were clean and sufficient. It's nice that all rooms have roll away beds. We slept four people to our room no problem.

Amazing Hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly! Don't be shy to ask for the amazing warm cookies every day during your stay! Rooms are very well cleaned and the location is priceless! Perfect hotel

I had some friends come into town and they had heard the stories about the "mini" hotel rooms that New York City is known for. Not wanting to splurge for a suite at The Marriott they stayed here.NICE!

CARELINE is so helpful. If you forget any toiletries, they have you covered. I called for a sewing kit to fix a button on my shirt, and they gave me 2 kits enough to fix any of my future buttons.

They gave us free cookies everyday! Friendly staff! Very noisy hotel though. Writing this at 4:10 am & the sounds from outside are keeping me awake. Being a diamond member means nothing at all Hiltons

Since you're so close to the Winter Garden Theatre (50th & Broadway), catch a performance of MAMMA MIA, now 11 years on Broadway. For best availability, try a 2pm Saturday or Sunday matinee.

When driving here from Lincoln tunnel come down 5th Ave then left on 47th St. Park at Icon garage on left between 6th and 7th Avenues.

Horrible hotel! The staff was lazy, rude and not willing to help. Changed the suite once for different reasons. All public areas dirty and messy. Not coming back EVER.Think it twice when booking it.

Well arranged rooms and fantastic staff. We were comped wifi - thankfully, I mean, who still charges for wifi? And skip breakfast- way WAY too pricey for the quality.

For the on the go city traveler. This location has a guest bathroom on the lobby (3rd floor). They won't tell you, but if you bare all the way to the right pass guest check in, you'll find it

The Internet in the rooms is only wifi, if you prefer to connect a wired connection ask the Front Desk staff for a wireless bridge. Plug and play!

Great T-Sq views, nice suites, two TVs, king beds, transportation extremely easy, good room service, free cookie at check-in, the tap water was cloudy white for some reason though (Feb 2014)..

Most handicapped rooms face times square and have hand held showers which are great for quick rinse for kids.
