This diverse little shop is much loved by locals and has a very Euro-café vibe, complete with a Eurodance soundtrack and a stunning chrome’d out La Marzocco GB5 espresso machine.
Come for Street Food Thurdays (5 p.m.–10 p.m.), where vendors hawk everything from tacos, Korean buns to hearty German Knödel, and fine coffee from Café 9, plus cameos from Röststätte and 19 Grams.
The market itself is open every Friday and Saturday. But even if you shouldn’t be there on one of these market days, Kantine Neun, is open daily. Every Thursday night, ‘Street Food Thursday’
Super close to Möbel Olfe and with a great view over the subway stop Kottbusser Tor. It’s a bit tricky to find, but once you know that it’s located right above the local supermarket (‘Kaiser’s)
