Wil JeudySettembre 27, 2016Whatever they use to smoke the brisket - wonderful. The fatty parts are heavenly, the lean parts are ok. I'm not a fan of pork ribs, but here they are terrific. Also great: come slaw, patio, service!

Jojo PerezNovembre 13, 2013I missed out on the ribs so i sttled for a two meat sandwich it is a bit pricey but the portion is decent the pork is a bit on the sweet side and not totally seasoned but still tasty

The brisket is top notch but the pulled pork holds its own. I'd put this pork up against anything the south has to offer.

Best BBQ around. And dont even think about adding sauce to the brisket, its already perfect
