This was a great stop on the highway. Gas is 40¢ cheaper here than in pigeon forge area.
Clean, and well stocked! Well maintained bathroom, but single stall combined bathroom…not ideal for bathroom stop.
They didn’t have the staffing for MTO food, so the offerings are limited because of that. Otherwise it was good!
Bad — they got our order wrong after a long wait in the drive thru, which could have been avoided if the online ordering had been on. Good — they fixed it, but had to wait in drive thru again.
Several agents have lanes open, but it isn’t really clear. Pay attention for that!

The tour is a must-do. The presenters were so invested! Security is very tight these days, so be prepared for a TSA like screening.
Very interactive, and very unique! Some things from the Franklin collection! It does cost a few bucks.
