"If you need a shuttle to the airport hotels, wait on the east side of the terminal. Shuttles pick up from that side first. If full, they may not come by on the west side and you'll be waiting for ages"

"If catching free shuttle from Denver airport, wait on the east side of the terminal as they pick up from there first. If bus is full they won't bother picking up from west side. I learnt the hard way."
