Very clean and efficient airport as far as flights go. Money exchange open at 9am, that's a bummer. Also no Internet connection without cash!

La mejor manera de transportarte del Aeropuerto al centro de Cancun es abordar un autobus ADO x 48 pesitos, y en centro toma un autobus R-1 y por 8.50 mas estas en la Zona Hotelera.. No mas de $60

The best way to either go to Cancun downtown or playa del Carmen is to take the ADO bus, you can buy your ticket outside at the parking lot, make sure to pay in pesos. No free wifi at the airport.

Do not wait til the end of your visit to get the souvenirs at the airport. They are very pricey compared to the many markets out there.

Nice staff, quick security check. Margaritaville has delicious shrimp tacos! If you arriving and need to get cash from an ATM - look for Santander as it has low withdrawal fee.- Michael McKinleyDicembre 27, 2017Don’t leave the duty-free shop without buying Cuban cigars. Reasonably priced and it is legal to bring them into the United States. You cannot exceed 100 cigar. If you do,you will be taxed.
It's sometimes madly busy and you should be prepared to wait both on arrival and departure so bring a little water and make sure you eat first
