Great Asian spot by Zak Pelaccio. Go for the cocktails, stay for the fried chicken, eggplant nam prik, and satay. You really can't go wrong.
they serve sour beer on tap!! bookshop bar combo shop has a great selection of books and beer on tap and is open late. this is a must for any amount of time in hudson
Sit in the back garden-it's beautiful! The tuna avocado salad with sesame seaweed was yummy. Good cocktails too.
Awesome not so hidden gem of a coffee beer spot that's still tucked away. Great to work on a laptop or read the paper when it's nice with the garage door open. There's sour beer on tap and drip coffee
Go with the chef's special burger. Mine had an over easy egg on it and it was amazing!
